This accommodation is located on the island of Mallorca, in a quiet residential area of ​​Alcudia known as Manresa - Mal Pas de Alcudia, guaranteeing a getaway where calm and relaxation are the main ingredients.
It is a rural house ideally located since, a few minutes walk, we have the beach, being able to glimpse the sea even from the house itself.
Its occupancy is for a total of eight people, and the rooms are divided between the two floors that make up the house.
We first stop at its outdoor , since it has a wonderful landscaped space with native vegetation, placing, on one side of this area, a barbecue with which to prepare delicious meals.
From one side, we access ground floor of the house, where the dining room is distributed, on the one hand, in a huge room that includes two large sofas along with television, as well as a modern fireplace.

After this space is where we find the dining table, giving access to a small corridor that leads to the kitchen, which is entered by climbing a couple of steps. Once we enter you can see a decoration in the style of the 70s, but perfectly equipped with current appliances.
The main bedroom is also found on the ground floor, where it has a double bed and a full integrated bathroom in the same room.
The remaining three bedrooms are on the upper floor, and are distributed in a room with a double bed and two with a pair of beds, as well as, also on this floor, we have the two remaining bathrooms.

Finally, it is on the first floor where we also find the fantastic terrace, where you can eat or simply enjoy the sea views.

We start with its beaches, of fine white sand and turquoise waters, they are of an incomparable beauty, in addition to offering a natural space where to spend a great day in front of the sea.
Its most touristic side is in the most populated nucleus, the old town, where we can find vestiges of ancient times, such as its well-known medieval wall, as well as a layout of streets from the same period.
Do not miss monuments, highlighting among all its imposing church, in honor of Sant Jaume, made in neo-Gothic style.
