Description of Cortijo de Juan Peña
This rural farmhouse, located in the western Granada, awaits you to spend an ideal stay. We are in Íllora. The white façade is reminiscent of the Andalusian villages, and the stone gives a rural touch to the house.
On the farm there is a single building, but inside you will find 2 independent houses. In case you are a group of 14 people you can stay in the whole house.
One of the units is on the ground floor of the house, while the other is on the top floor. Both have capacity for 7 people
In the house in total there are 5 bedrooms, some double rooms and other triple rooms; 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens. In each house there is available an extra bed.
On the outside of our rural house we have a huge garden
Up to the pool you can walk along a path made with stones, and also, is surrounded by lawn where you can lie in the sun or take the hammocks and loungers to relax.
We also have an area that we propose to sports associations as a place of concentration of football players, with football field.

On the ground floor the distribution is as follows:
- Living room. On a surface of 35 m2 both areas are distributed, one of them formed by sofas in front of the chimney and the television, and the other by a dining table for 6 people. The fire is closed by a glass door, thus avoid accidents.
- Kitchen. Following the rural cut of the rest of the house, here also reminds us that we are rural tourism. An auxiliary table with several chairs and appliances as a washing machine, microwave or refrigerator will provide the required service.
- Bedrooms. In this apartment there are 3, Alhambra, Castillo de Íllora and Legado Andalusí. The 3 are double, you can find inside a double bed or 2 single beds. All have wardrobes, nightstands and large windows.
- Bathroom. is adapted for people with reduced mobility, leaving the shower a flush with the floor.
