Description of Casa Suca - La Portilla

Our accommodation is for full rental and has been thought for 2 and up to 12 people, although it can also be rented by apartments.

It is located within the village of Liendo, which belongs to Cantabria , and this apartment in particular, is for 6 people.

It consists of a stone structure and is located on the ground floor , where you will be able to enjoy:
  • 3 rooms of which the main , equipped with a bed of marriage and your own bathroom integrated, will allow you to rest perfectly. The other 2 rooms have a pair of individual beds each.
  • Un complete and common bathroom additional, in which all the elements that will make you feel at home will not be lacking.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped, and consists of appliances and kitchen to spare so you can make your favorite dishes.
  • A lounge in which to relax in the heat of the fireplace , which brings presence to this space of the house.

In the outside , we have:
  • A garden front to the porch , where you sit and enjoy the views.

My name is Juan Carlos, and together with my wife, Belén, we started the restoration project of the house in 2006.

In him we put a lot of enthusiasm, work and part of our dreams, which is reflected in the finish of his restoration.

In this house I enjoyed my childhood and my youth, that's why it forms a very important part of my life. In addition, it is also a posthumous tribute to my mother, who was called Inés, and in Liendo the neighbors knew her as Suca.

The most important thing for us is each one of our clients and for that reason, we take care of receiving them, giving them personalized attention, and the confidence of being in contact during the entire stay.
What the owner pinpoints on the property
It is a house completely protected and restored in the year 2008.

It stands out for the large number of original materials it has, such as stone and oak, which create a very careful decoration.

In addition, outside we have a garden where you can relax and unwind, with a barbecue and parking space.
