This house with an old and slightly stately appearance is located in Palencia de Negrilla (Salamanca), a municipality belonging to the Armuña region. In this Castilian-Leonese land you will be able to discover beautiful rural landscapes and part of the culture of the place.

- 4 double bedrooms. One of the rooms has a double bed, while all the others have 2 single beds. The walls are usually painted "ochre" yellow, and the floor is wooden, which gives a warm tone to the rooms. They do not have much furniture, beyond carved wooden nightstands on the sides of the beds, and wardrobes of the same material. Instead of this there may be a wooden chest of drawers. In some of the bedrooms there may also be an individual armchair, and all of them have windows to ventilate the room. In total, the house offers 2 additional extra beds.
- Kitchen. It is a very spacious space, with tiled floors and beige painted walls from which ceramic plates with the classic blue and yellow motifs are hung. There are several wooden cupboards and glass doors in which there are old porcelain dishes. In the countertop area we have an oven and dishwasher. Above this there is also a microwave and ceramic hob. The refrigerator is also a freezer, and it is located next to the entrance cabinets.
- 4 bathrooms. Each room has a private bathroom, which is equipped with a shower. Each bathroom also has a toilet and a bidet, as well as a sink and its corresponding bathroom mirror. The walls are tiled, as is the floor.
- A functional common toilet with basic toilets and sets of towels.
- Hall. It is a large space with several beige sofas and some individual armchairs with a flower print. They are oriented towards a pellet fireplace and the flat screen television. There are several windows that illuminate the room, as well as chest of drawers type furniture and several paintings on the walls.
