The house is located 4 kilometers from San Martín del Trekus
The accommodation is ideal for groups of friends or families, with a capacity of 10 people, to come to enjoy nature, tranquility and melody of the birds, and explore the area in search of remote and spectacular places.
The interior of the house is decorated with great care so that all guests feel comfortable during the time they spend in the accommodation.
We have a great 45 m2 room as soon as you enter the house, with a chimney to create a warm atmosphere. You can also enjoy a good movie in the television of 55 "inches with access to Netflix. It also has wifi free and all rooms are heated.
Next to the living room, there is the kitchen which is equipped completely with all the appliances that you can need and household items. Also, the bathrooms are also provided with towels and shower gels for all our guests.
Regarding the bedrooms we have 3 that include marriage beds. Among them, the main one that is recognized because it has a chimney inside. In addition, if you need more beds, we have a marriage sofa and 2 individual beds.
We will be delighted so much to receive groups of friends or families with babies and can request a Parque-Cuna to install it in one of the bedrooms, hammock and a small bathroom special for them.
The outdoor zone of the house has elements so that you can enjoy both large and small. To start we have 300 m2 divided into 2 spaces: a covered terrace with garden furniture, tables, chairs and sofas to relax and eat outdoors and a solarium.
You will love you to contemplate the landscape or simply read a good free in the sun lounge
In this outer zone we also have barbecue, paellera, private parking.

The house is in the Guadiaro Valley, whose name arises through the river that crosses it. It is located 4 km away from the town of San Martín del Trektical. In the area you can find your most famous and marketed products: the oranges.
In addition, the urbanization of sotogrande is located less than a quarter of an hour by car, so you can visit the natural place of the Guadiaro River, the delta of the river and the beach of torreguadiaro.
And if you are left free to continue tourism in the area, Gibraltar is 30 minutes from the house. It will be an ideal opportunity to know the rock and the story of this British colony.
