Casa 1- Los Avellanos

This rural house is located in Celis, a town belonging to Cantabria. The House is in the same building with the second homes, like semi-detached homes, but they are completely independent. They can be rented separately and have a capacity of 4 people each.

Other characteristics of this first home are:

• It is divided into 2 floors, with 40 square meters. In the below there are the areas for you all to be together, such as the living room and kitchen. In the first you have the bedrooms and the bathroom.

• In the exterior areas, both houses have a covered picnic area at the back of the building. It has 2 tables with benches on the sides and they are separated by a wooden structure that can be opened so that the two picnic areas are joined if customers wish.

• The walls are yellow, with some stone details covering the corners and window frames.

• At the entrances you will also see a porch that occupies the entire façade.

As for the rest of the complex, you can find common areas:

• A playground where children can have fun and spend pleasant moments playing with the swings or see-saws.

• If you go by car you will not have any problem parking, since there is an exclusive space for you to do so within the property next to the houses.

• In addition, in the accommodation itself they will give you information about the area so that you can have the best tourist plans for the place.
