Charming restored fisherman's house with the capacity to accommodate 6 visitors, in the beautiful historic village of Sant Feliu de Guíxols in the southern half of the Costa Brava, in the province of Girona.

In this charming apartment your guests will be able to enjoy:

• 3 bedrooms, all double size, two of them with double beds and the remaining with 2 twin single beds. All rooms have exterior projection, which gives them good natural lighting during most of the day.

• An room decorated with marine-themed elements to denote the origin of the estate. In this space we find a large widescreen television in front of which a coffee table has been arranged and behind it a comfortable chaise-longue, where you can enjoy moments of rest and audiovisual entertainment.

• A small open room between the living room and the kitchen there is a small dining room for 4 people next to an old fireplace in which the light that enters from both sides is used.

• The kitchen, although much older in style than the rest of the house, is equipped with all the necessary elements for a comfortable stay, both in terms of electrical appliances and kitchenware.

• The only bathroom on the farm is complete with a shower cabin, in addition to the basic toilets.

Outside, the property has a modest patio at half height in which a set of outdoor furniture has been arranged from which to enjoy the sea breeze indirectly, although from where you can enjoy both of this as of the wonderful views of the sea is from its sunny front terrace.

What we are going to highlight on this occasion are not spectacular things but pleasant corners with history that are part of the character of a city.

In the case of Sant Feliu de Guíxols is the Casino de la constancy, one of those representative buildings of a moment of great social turmoil at the end of the 19th century in which the movement of the "nois", progressive people in favor of of a cultural openness, they made her go to this cultural center where the least important thing was the game. This historicist-type construction combines elements of architecture as disparate as the Mudejar and the modernist, in a style that ended up being called Neomudéjar.

As happens in many other spectacular viewpoints of the Costa Brava on the promontory where the former Maritime Rescue Headquarters stands, there are remains of cultures from different historical moments, which on many occasions are built on each other taking advantage of the ruins.

In this specific enclave there are parts of an Iberian settlement or parts of the late medieval wall from the 15th century, as well as more recently maritime defense batteries from the 18th century or the neoclassical building that is still preserved which was a surveillance point in moments of adverse marine conditions. Remains of all that are now kept inside since it no longer shows off its last use, now it resists as a space dedicated to memory.
