Description of Almicantarat
Our rural house is located at Villanueva de la Serena, a municipality located in the north of the province of Badajoz, in Extremadura.
This municipality is located just 5 kilometers from Don Benito, and just over 50 km from Mérida. If you come from Badajoz, it will take less than 2 hours.
The house has a useful area of 150 meters2, being able to accommodate a maximum of 9 people (one in additional bed). It is an ideal home to go any time of year, because thanks to its thick walls you can enjoy an ideal temperature in both summer and winter.

For those who come by car, there is a private parking, with capacity for up to 6 vehicles.

- 4 Bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is suite type, with double bed and own bathroom. The second is also matrimonial, with a large bed presiding over it. The rest contain 2 single beds, one of them in bunk, perfect for children.
- Living-dining room. The living room is distributed in a diaphanous space with soft tones and a simple and homely decoration. In it we distinguish 2 main areas: the living room, with fireplace and sofas arranged around it, in addition to television ; and a dining table with capacity for 10 diners.
- Kitchen. In the kitchen you can breathe a and traditional rustic atmosphere, which can be seen in the tiles with floral wall coverings, or the curtains in the lower cupboards. The countertops are distributed along the walls, giving enough space to place a table in the center. Respect for household appliances, there is ceramic hob, oven, fridge ... and even dishwasher. You will not miss anything.
- Complete bathroom. Completing the interior of the house is the bathroom, with white tiles that extend to the ceiling and match the toilet and sink.
