Description of Casa Rural Amaya
These rural accommodations are located at Amaya, a town belonging to the municipality of Sotresgudo, within la province of Burgos.
This small town has less than 50 inhabitants, turning it into a perfect destination for getaways full of relaxation and nature.
In order to adapt to different users and needs, we have 3 accommodations with different capacities:
Amaya is built respecting the most characteristic materials of the region, such as wooden trusses and oak planks. Inside, encontraréis 2 double bedrooms: one double and one with 2 beds, a bathroom , and kitchen-living, where no shortage appliances like the washing machine or microondas.
Peña Amaya has un exterio r at the entrance garden, equipped with barbecue so you can eat outdoors. Inside, it has a double room and another with 2 single beds, equipped with basic furniture; in addition to a living room-kitchen with fireplace.
The accommodations admit pet animals, and have outdoor parking to keep the car on hand for exits.

We present our house more spacious and spacious, located in a garden estate that you can enjoy on your own. Inside, you will run into:
- Living room, located on the ground floor. In the center of this room you will find an elegant fireplace, around which the sofas are located. Next to it, there is a dining table in wood color, with crockery and cutlery for everyone.
- Kitchen, provided with the necessary household items, such as the dishwasher or the washing machine to do the laundry.
- 5 Double rooms, of which 2 have a double bed. All rooms have a bathroom, fully equipped.

This accommodation preserves the charm of past eras, which is present both its architecture and its decoration. It is distributed in 2 floors, located in the XX1 ground floor:
- The living room, with wide wooden beams covering the ceiling. In this room you dispondreis de TV for leisure, and dining table for banquetes.
- The kitchen, open to the living room. El furniture is distributed along one of the walls, to maximize space, finding utensils completo.

Our last Facilities como access un private garden, where you will find barbecue and patio furniture. Its interior rooms are divided into 2 floors:
