Cozy holiday apartment for 4 people visitors, located in the charming beach town of Llançá, a family-oriented villa in the northern third of the wonderful Costa Brava, where the Mediterranean Sea caresses the province of Girona.

This accommodation has for its guests the following spaces:

• 2 bedrooms, one double size consisting of a double bed, a large wardrobe and various pieces of furniture for storage and order of our belongings during the stay. The other one has a smaller area and it contains a pair of single beds in bunk format in a room configuration that is much more youthful than the previous one. Both enjoy good natural lighting.

• The living room is not a very large room, but it is well used, since in it we find a set of dining room for 4 people made of wood and a peaceful corner for rest in which a sofa tresillo is arranged in front to a good sized television. This space would be thermally regulated thanks to a air conditioner that is installed on the wall next to the large glass doors that give access to the outside. If we go through these doors we will go out to a small balcony .

• The kitchen, in an "L"-shaped design in which its furniture overcomes the problem of space, integrating a complete appliance equipment inside, in addition to various storage spaces in which the selection is organized de household items. X

• The bathroom that this home has is designed with exquisite taste that is demonstrated from the basic sanitary equipment, through its modern furniture, or the Venetian stucco on the walls that surround its spacious open-format shower cabin. In this cabin there is a window which is very convenient when it comes to drying or ventilating the space after each use.

The beach and the sea is what we were surely looking for when we decided to choose this beautiful corner of the Costa Brava that is Llança, but the surroundings of this charming villa on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea offer special enclaves that go beyond the typical postcards of crowded sandbanks in which there is no place even to plant the umbrella.

Given the military importance of this border territory that is the Costa Brava and the region of Alto Ampurdán, this has always been a place of great strategic interest, which has turned this charming and peaceful enclave into an object of war conflicts.

Thus, in the town itself, next to the church of Sant Vicenç, on the outskirts of the current Plaza Mayor, is where we will find access to the old air-raid shelter from the Spanish Civil War, which gave protection to the population from to the bombings of the Italian aviation allied with the fascists of the national side.

If we travel along the coast from the port of San Carlos to the north, we will arrive at the Bunker of Argilera, a defensive maritime observatory in which a nest of machine gunners was stationed during the Franco regime, as one of the many parts of the so-called " Line P", a layout of facilities scattered throughout the country's border to prevent possible incursions by Allied troops who had won World War II in Europe.
