Spectacular penthouse with sea views and maximum capacity for 6 people, in the charming beach town and family atmosphere of Llançá, on the Costa Brava, province of Girona, on the shores of the Sea Mediterranean.

The spaces that are proposed for the enjoyment of guests in this accommodation are the following:

• 3 bedrooms, which by space would be doubles and even in the case of some of them even more, since it has a queen size bed which is surrounded by more than enough transit space. The other two rooms would have a double bed and a pair of twin single beds, respectively. These are rooms with exterior projection with large windows.

• The bathroom is s complete, with a shower cabin more modern than the rest of the cabin, which has wanted to preserve its original character, thus giving it a retro look.

• The living room is a spacious room full of natural light thanks to the enormous large window that makes up one of its entire walls, next to which a set of dining rooms for 4 people has been arranged. At the opposite end of the room is the corner dedicated to rest outside the bedrooms, which consists of a good-sized comfortable chaise-longe and a couple of designer individual armchairs arranged around a glass coffee table, all facing the television that rests in the corner of the room.

• The fully equipped kitchen that the house has, just as it happened with the bathroom, has wanted to maintain that original air from the moment the building was erected to provide those homely reminiscences of the family kitchen.

Crossing the door of the living room we access the beautiful large terrace that the farm has. In this space that enjoys spectacular panoramic views of the sea, several sets of outdoor furniture have been arranged with different end uses, although the motivation is always the same, that the inhabitants of the house can enjoy the outdoors and the wonderful horizon that is proposed to them in a natural way.

Here we find an outdoor gazebo with a large table and 6 seats are placed around it, in the opposite corner of the floor there is a very large corner sofa that accompanies the handrail using it as a backrest and in front of it there is a coffee table and a couple of individual seats that complete the composition of the chill-out.

In the nearby and peaceful Cap del Ras, although at present it seems not, a series of defensive constructions were arranged motivated by the warmongering of the period of the Spanish Civil War and the subsequent World War that was waged in the neighboring countries of Italy and France.

The so-called "Line P" in which the Franco regime took advantage of the Republican trenches and shelters to equip themselves paranoid against possible invasions by foreign troops, was located right in this beautiful enclave which, as happens in many other points and on all in fortifications of the Costa Brava, what was a military observatory has become a beautiful tourist view of the Mediterranean waters.

In this building, which ended up becoming an exhibition space not so much for specific works but for the accumulation of inspirations of the artist and his own way of life. The construction itself is also a Dalinian by-product, since it is about 3 barracks that the artist and his Gallic wife were transforming over time into their labyrinthine residence, which is not without the signature of the author despite the fact that the works of production were made by local artisans.
